Sansum Solutions Group Limted (“Sansum”) was founded in 2016 by Gemma Sansum (Company Director) & Jason Woodcock (Managing Director), together combining over 40 years commercial contract and soft facilities management experience sharing a joint vision to,

Since Sansum’s creation, our acceleration into the market has been conducted at the right speed, with measured investment overseen by their dedicated Directors and Senior Management Team.  This has ensured controlled growth, whilst Sansum’s back of house systems have been developed enabling our intelligent cleaning solutions to be delivered consistently across our customer base maintaining a Safe Contractor accredited and fully compliant business serving both public and private sectors throughout the South West and into Southern parts of the UK.

Our services range from commercial contract cleaning, specialist deep cleaning and floor works, as well as Caretaking and Compliance offering a full washroom, feminine hygiene and point of use consumables supplier service, inclusive of installation and servicing.

Our expertise is in offering a complete wrap around commercial contract and soft facilities management service to all types of educational settings from Schools and Academies, through to Colleges and further education, Retail, Healthcare, Production & Car Workshop and sales room cleaning. To ensure we deliver your business the best cleaning solution possible, we have rigorous recruitment systems in place. Sansum screen our staff through uCheck within 72 hours, this will involve a Scotland Disclosure or Enhanced DBS eletronic check and verification for all our staff. This way we know all background checks have been managed safely in readiness for our new contract as part of our mandatory due diligence process.

Recruiting competent people is at the heart of what we do and we are passionate about placing the right individuals, that have been thoroughly vetted and have a Right to Work in the UK.  Our employees complete an in-depth Health & Safety compliance training programme, with a short test and certificate on completion. This ensures our employees have understood the training and requirements of the specification.

A mobilisation plan is created, worked through and delivered by the Sansum team ensuring all contractual requirements are met within set key deadlines.

Gemma compliments the Sansum Brand with her extensive practical knowledge of commercial contract cleaning from a Senior Customer Service level, promoting excellence and best practice adding value to our customers needs. Gemma has experience in Payroll and Pension Administration which has been developed over the past 15 years and is experienced in people management, TUPE processes and systems.

Rachel brings a wealth of office management experience to our team, managing human resources, payroll, DBS clearance screening, HMRC compliance, health and safety support as well as a friendly point of contact to our employees and customers. Rachel is experienced in all aspects of TUPE and Local Government Pension Scheme transfers and analysis.

Justin has over 20 years experience within customer service and the commercial cleaning industry, reflecting a passion for quality assurance and a positive attitude to problem solving, particularly upon mobilisation planning and beyond. Part of our Business Support Team, Justin adds value to our customers by enhancing contract starts and delivering intelligent cleaning solutions through our frontline operatives.

Lisa brings a catalogue of commercial cleaning experience spanning in excess of 10 years, mainly throughout the public and private sectors. Her passionate attitude to customer service and the cleaning industry is most refreshing and her specialist floor works is widely recognised. Lisa heads up our Customer Account Management team sharing best practice and delivering practical training to our area management and frontline operative teams.
