As the bar continues to rise across vulnerable contracts, Sansum Cleaning Solutions have added an additional layer of support to our management and supervisory teams.
Sansum Cleaning Solutions currently uses uCheck for DBS screening, enabling us to mobilise new contracts swiftly, ticking all the compliance boxes, in readiness for new employees joining our Company.
One of the areas Ofsted are raising awareness in, is the safeguarding of vulnerable people and which signs and signals to look out for and how to report.
Through HSEQ Vital Skills, Sansum has signed up to Safeguarding Children Level 1 which supports our staff working within the Educational Sectors.
The course takes approximately 60 – 90 minutes to complete working through each module. Once successfully completed, a certificate is issued to each employee taking the course.
As we aim for continuous improvement we feel this is most beneficial to any contractor working with vulnerable persons and recommend the course to new users.
