Sansum deliver a high quality cleaning service in a structured and task focussed way with a strong emphasis on training and development, this ensures our ‘Sansum Standards’ are consistently met.
Our experienced Management team ensures that when mobilising a new contract; recruitment, TUPE and early awareness of the school’s specification and expectations are paramount and that the specification is clearly communicated to the cleaning team.
After the recruitment and TUPE processes have been completed, our employees complete our safeguarding training and compliance induction with a short test, this ensures they have understood the importance of getting a solid head start and that best practice is delivered swiftly.
All of our staff are screened by uCheck. This is completed within 72 hours of them joining Sansum, giving you peace of mind. The teams DBS disclosure numbers are then shared with the School for their Safe Guarding Rules.
During the School calendar we carry out further on-site staff training to minimise outbreaks such as Norovirus, preventing sickness and absence from your school as well as ensuring the team receive refresher training throughout the year.
Periodic cleaning is a vital part of your cleaning contract, so early planning, scheduled tasks and deep cleaning are principal to us, including that important main school hall, to ensure it looks its very best for those showcasing events including; school plays, cake days and parents evenings.
