All employees complete a comprehensive safeguarding and compliance induction programme, including knowledge assessments, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and the importance of working within an educational environment.

Safeguarding, Training & Compliance

The safety and wellbeing of pupils, staff and visitors is our priority. All employees are screened through uCheck, with appropriate Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks completed where required as part of our robust recruitment and compliance process.

Throughout the academic year, we provide ongoing training, refresher sessions and site-based support to ensure our teams remain knowledgeable, compliant and prepared to respond to changing requirements, including enhanced hygiene measures and infection prevention procedures.
