Sansum achieves ISO 9001 certificate for its Quality Management Systems and maintains its Safe Contractor accredited status for the fourth year running

At Sansum Solutions we have continued to grow and thrive in what can only be described as an ever changing and evolving environment, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.  By continuing to focus on the requirements of our customers in how we deliver and perform our services across our geographical footprint, Sansum’s vision to “employ great people delivering a fantastic service to our valued customers”, we have now aspired to being certified as reaching the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard as of 30 October 2020.

Achieving this standard enables us to demonstrate our proactive approach in providing an exceptional level of customer service delivery in all aspects of our organisation.  By continually improving and attaining such high industry standards, we are constantly looking at ways to streamline our operations, reduce costs and manage our processes and procedures to maintain best practice. The ISO 9001 standard is just one step further to evidence this.

Sansum are committed to ensuring it has adopted sustainable and ethical working practices regarding health and safety for the benefit and wellbeing of all our employees, customers, and members of the public. We are pleased, therefore, to have maintained for the fourth year running, our Assured SafeContractor accreditation through Alcumus SafeContractor.
