Sansum are delighted to have won two business awards, in quick succession, claiming both the Sedgemoor Business Excellence Awards, Business of the Year 2020 and gaining the South West England Prestige Awards for Commercial Cleaning Company of the Year South West 2020-21.

These two awards are prestigious accolades in recognition of Sansum’s continuing drive and commitment within its everyday operations management and customer service delivery, successfully evidenced through their meticulous and thorough strategic planning initiatives continuously improving and analysing sustainable deployment of all its business resources. Having created a business plan model developed from small seeds of growth, Sansum have built a solid foundation from its humble beginnings in 2016, initially employing only around 22 staff, but now flourishing within its fifth year to employing over 200 people, maintaining its strong motto “to employ great people delivering a fantastic service to our valued customers”.

Amongst the comments made by the Judges within its decision-making process for the Sedgemoor Business Excellence Awards, they stated, “Sansum Cleaning Services demonstrated a keen entrepreneurial attitude whilst increasing staff and supplying a good range of testimonials from clients.” Whilst the South West England Prestige Awards Judges made their decision to announce Sansum winners for South West Commercial Cleaning Company of the Year commenting that they were “impressed by the team’s personal touch, consistency of reviews and community feel. You seem to go over and above for your clients….”.

The Directors of Sansum gave credit to their success for winning these two prestigious awards, not just to themselves, but also recognising that such success could not be possible without the support, dedication and continuing hard work of its extended management and administration team together with all its front line service delivery staff.  Such unprecedented growth, during what can only be described as very challenging times during the global pandemic, Sansum are proud and honoured to have been successful in attaining these two fantastic Awards, which is testament to their continued success and ability to be able to offer stability and growth to our employees and to all our customers in the face of adversity.
